Our Crossfit kids program is a modified version of our adult Crossfit class customized to the specific needs and considerations of kids and teenagers. These classes are also designed to develop kid’s lifelong love of fitness and focus on the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle. These fun and engaging workouts teach safe movement patterns and improve athletic performance.
